چکیده
To improve the computational efficiency of numerical methods for calculating ac loss in HTS motor, a new method called ‘Boundary field method’ is proposed this article. This combines strength ANSYS and COMSOL, which can reduce complexity modeling computation time. In article, three finite-element based models, as case studies, were developed 100-kW superconducting induction motor. Model A models entire motor COMSOL using A-H formulation, considering nonlinear E–J relationship high temperature tapes, calculate directly; Combining another two models: B (the same ANSYS) model C (only stator windings COMSOL) achieve loss. The AC calculation error between two-layer one slot 2.5% 7%, respectively. These results conclude effectiveness accuracy “boundary method.” More importantly, time reduces dramatically from 48 hours to only 2 approach. accurate computationally efficient approach could be used various types applications future.

Fast Isogeometric Boundary Element Method based on Independent Field Approximation
An isogeometric boundary element method for problems in elasticity is presented, which is based on an independent approximation for the geometry, traction and displacement field. متن کاملA method based on the meshless approach for singularly perturbed differential-difference equations with Boundary layers
In this paper, an effective procedure based on coordinate stretching and radial basis functions (RBFs) collocation method is applied to solve singularly perturbed differential-difference equations with layer behavior. It is well known that if the boundary layer is very small, for good resolution of the numerical solution at least one of the collocation points must lie in the boundary layer. In ...
متن کاملA fast immersed boundary method using a nullspace approach and multi-domain far-field boundary conditions
We report on the continued development of a projection approach for implementing the immersed boundary method for incompressible flows in two and three dimensions. Boundary forces and pressure are regarded as Lagrange multipliers that enable the no-slip and divergence-free constraints to be implicitly determined to arbitrary precision with no associated time-step restrictions. In order to accel...
متن کاملAn Efficient Numerical Method for a Class of Boundary Value Problems, Based on Shifted Jacobi-Gauss Collocation Scheme
We present a numerical method for a class of boundary value problems on the unit interval which feature a type of exponential and product nonlinearities. Also, we consider singular case. We construct a kind of spectral collocation method based on shifted Jacobi polynomials to implement this method. A number of specific numerical examples demonstrate the accuracy and the efficiency of the propos...
متن کاملA numerical renormalization group approach for calculating the spectrum of a vibronic system occurring in molecules or impurities in insulators
Theoretically, in order to describe the behavior of a spectrum, a mathematical model whichcould predict the spectrum characteristics is needed. Since in this study a Two-state system has beenused like models which was introduced previously past and could couple with the environment, theformer ideas have been extended in this study. we use the second quantized version for writing thisHamiltonian...
